- 1 plum tomato
- 2 tablespoons canned minced clams, drained
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- lemon wedge
Recipe
- 1 cut tomato in half lengthwise. scoop out seeds.
- 2 place 1 tablespoon of minced clams in each tomato half. top each with 1/2 teaspoon horseradish and a squirt of lemon juice.
