Baked Swordfish With Corn Flakes

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 swordfish
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons butter

Recipe

  • 1 take the outer skin off the fish.
  • 2 add the salt to the milk.
  • 3 dip fish in the salted milk and then coat in the corn flakes.
  • 4 place in a greased ovenproof dish and place 1 tsp of butter over each fish fillet.
  • 5 cook in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until browned.
