Baked Swordfish Manzanillo

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 (8 ounce) swordfish steaks
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onion
  • chopped parsley
  • chopped tomato
  • lime wedge

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 sprinkle swordfish with salt and pepper.
  • 3 place fish in a single layer in a baking dish and brush with olive oil to coat heavily.
  • 4 sprinkle green onions over the fish.
  • 5 bake uncovered for about 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • 6 transfer to platter and sprinkle with parsley and garnish with tomato and lime wedges.
