- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 2 lbs walleye
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- butter (melted)
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 375 - put sea salt and milk in a bowl. then bread crumbs, cheese and paprika in another bowl. dip walleye in milk then bread crumb mixture, then put in baking dish w/melted butter. bake for 30 minutes.
