Baked Seasoned Salmon

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb salmon fillets or 1 lb salmon steak, thawed if frozen
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted (1 stick)
  • paprika
  • chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 450.
  • 2 arrange fish in single layer in a shallow baking dish.
  • 3 combine the vinegar, worcestershire, lemon juice, salt, mustard, pepper and butter.
  • 4 pour half of the sauce over the fish.
  • 5 bake for 20 min., basting occasionally with the remaining sauce.
  • 6 sprinkle with paprika and chopped parsley.
