Baked Seasoned Salmon

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb salmon fillets or 1 lb salmon steak, thawed if frozen
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup butter, melted (1 stick)
- paprika
- chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 450.
- 2 arrange fish in single layer in a shallow baking dish.
- 3 combine the vinegar, worcestershire, lemon juice, salt, mustard, pepper and butter.
- 4 pour half of the sauce over the fish.
- 5 bake for 20 min., basting occasionally with the remaining sauce.
- 6 sprinkle with paprika and chopped parsley.
