- 6 ounces salmon
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons capers
- 2 medium garlic cloves
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees f. place fish in a small baking dish.
- 2 in a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
- 3 spoon mixture over fish and bake 12 - 15 minutes until fish flakes.
- 4 serve immediately.
