Ingredients

- 5 large shrimp
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons soya oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat griddle to about 350 degrees.
- 2 oil griddle with soybean oil.
- 3 place shrimp on griddle and saute about 3 minutes on each side.
- 4 add garlic butter and continue to cook for 1 to 2 minutes longer.
- 5 sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
- 6 squeeze juice from half a lemon over the shrimp.
- 7 remove from griddle.
