Benihana Shrimp

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 7 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 5 large shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soya oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat griddle to about 350 degrees.
  • 2 oil griddle with soybean oil.
  • 3 place shrimp on griddle and saute about 3 minutes on each side.
  • 4 add garlic butter and continue to cook for 1 to 2 minutes longer.
  • 5 sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  • 6 squeeze juice from half a lemon over the shrimp.
