Ingredients

- 4 yellowtail tuna fillets (buri)
- 1 lb daikon radish
- 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons mirin
Recipe
