Baked Salmon

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 lemon, juice of

Recipe

  • 1 mix soy sauce through vinegar in baking dish. squeeze in the juice of one lemon. add salmon filets. bake uncovered for 20-25 minute at 375 degrees. turning occasionally, until fish flakes easily.
