- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 1/2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 lemon, juice of

- 1 mix soy sauce through vinegar in baking dish. squeeze in the juice of one lemon. add salmon filets. bake uncovered for 20-25 minute at 375 degrees. turning occasionally, until fish flakes easily.
