Avocado Poke Or Tartare

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 ounces fresh sashimi grade ahi tuna steaks
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 ripe avocado, medium to large size, pitted and diced
  • 1/4 jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1 fresh lime, juice of
  • sea salt and fresh pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cut the ahi into small cubes and combine with all other ingredients.
  • 2 toss to mix.
  • 3 keep on ice and serve chilled.
