Ingredients

- 8 ounces fresh sashimi grade ahi tuna steaks
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 ripe avocado, medium to large size, pitted and diced
- 1/4 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1 fresh lime, juice of
- sea salt and fresh pepper
Recipe
- 1 cut the ahi into small cubes and combine with all other ingredients.
- 2 toss to mix.
- 3 keep on ice and serve chilled.
