Baked Salmon With Coarse Sea Salt

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons coarse sea salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2 rinse the fish under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  • 3 pour the olive oil into a shallow baking dish and add the fillets, turning to coat evenly in the oil.
  • 4 sprinkle the sea salt over the fillets and bake until just opaque at the center, 10 to 12 minutes.
