Breaded Tilapia Fillets

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 5 tilapia fillets
- 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon all purpose greek seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- salt
- pepper
- 4 grape tomatoes
Recipe
- 1 heat olive oil in medium to large pan (around medium heat, depending on gas/electric).
- 2 combine breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, greek seasoning, salt, pepper into shallow dish.
- 3 mix milk and egg in another shallow dish.
- 4 put fish in milk and egg mix; then dip in breadcrumbs.
- 5 cook roughly 3-4 mins on each side.
- 6 towards the end of the fish being done; quarter grape tomatoes; sprinkle a bit more of the greek seasoning if necessary.
- 7 serve and enjoy!
