Ingredients

- 250 g light cream cheese, softened
- 415 g pink salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 small onions or 2 spring onions, finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 open the can of salmon and remove all skin and bones.
- 2 mix all ingredients together- you can just mix well or process lightly for a finer texture.
- 3 serve with crackers or breadsticks. can be used as a sandwich spread.
