- 36 oysters
- 3/4 cup italian dressing
- 3 ounces bacon bits
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 barbecue oysters until they open, finish shucking with a knife. **please wear thick gloves to do this, the oysters will be hot and possibly sharp**.
- 2 pour 1 teaspoon italian dressing over each oyster, then sprinkle with bacon bits and 1/2 tsp parmesan cheese.
- 3 enjoy!
