Creamy Tuna And Mashed Potato Pie

Ingredients

• 3 cups thick cheese sauce
• 425 g tuna in water
• 1 cup corn kernel
• 3 cups mashed potatoes
• 1/2 cup grated cheese
• salt and pepper
• 1 tablespoon chopped chives

Recipe

• 1 mix together the cheese sauce, drained and flaked tuna, corn, chives and salt and pepper.
• 2 pour into a shallow baking dish (i use a round non stick cake pan).
• 3 top with mashed potato.
• 4 sprinkle with grated cheese.
• 5 bake in a 180 degree oven for 30 minutes or until brown on top and bubbly.
