Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sherry wine
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 blend together the above ingredients.
- 2 marinate the fish for 10-20 minutes depending upon thickness of the fish.
- 3 marinating for a shorter time period is preferable.
- 4 cook on grill or in broiler until fish flakes with fork.
