Baked Fish With Tarragon

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb fish fillet (use your favorite)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted (do not substitute with margarine)
- 1/2 cup ritz cracker, crushed
- 1 tablespoon tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon chives
- salt
- pepper
- sliced lemon
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 place lemon slices on bottom of large baking pan.
- 3 place fish on top of lemons.
- 4 pour melted butter over vish.
- 5 sprinkle with chives and tarragon.
- 6 cover with crushed crackers.
- 7 salt and pepper to taste.
- 8 bake for 20-30 minutes or until fish is done.
