Baked Fish With Tarragon

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb fish fillet (use your favorite)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted (do not substitute with margarine)
  • 1/2 cup ritz cracker, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon tarragon
  • 1/2 teaspoon chives
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sliced lemon

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 place lemon slices on bottom of large baking pan.
  • 3 place fish on top of lemons.
  • 4 pour melted butter over vish.
  • 5 sprinkle with chives and tarragon.
  • 6 cover with crushed crackers.
  • 7 salt and pepper to taste.
  • 8 bake for 20-30 minutes or until fish is done.
