- 1 (6 lb) whole fish
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 sliced green pepper
- 1 sliced onion
- 1/4 cup dry wine
- 1/4 olive oil
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350f degrees.
- 2 place sliced potatoes on bottom of baking dish.
- 3 combine garlic,lemon,wine,oil,and pour over fish.
- 4 arrange green peppers and onions over the fish.
- 5 bake uncovered at 350 f until fish is flaky.
