Baked Fish (pescado Asado)

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (6 lb) whole fish
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 sliced green pepper
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1/4 cup dry wine
  • 1/4 olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350f degrees.
  • 2 place sliced potatoes on bottom of baking dish.
  • 3 combine garlic,lemon,wine,oil,and pour over fish.
  • 4 arrange green peppers and onions over the fish.
  • 5 bake uncovered at 350 f until fish is flaky.
