B. C. Baked Parmesan Fish

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 -8 sole fillets
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
  • 3 green onions, sliced (with tops)

Recipe

  • 1 roll up fish fillets; place seam side down in ungreased baking dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 2 mix sour cream, cheese, paprika and tarragon; spread over vish.
  • 3 cook uncovered in 350f oven until done, approx 20 - 30 minutes.
  • 4 sprinkl with onions.
  • 5 garnish with cherry tomato halves if desired.
