B. C. Baked Parmesan Fish

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 6 -8 sole fillets
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
- 3 green onions, sliced (with tops)
Recipe
- 1 roll up fish fillets; place seam side down in ungreased baking dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 2 mix sour cream, cheese, paprika and tarragon; spread over vish.
- 3 cook uncovered in 350f oven until done, approx 20 - 30 minutes.
- 4 sprinkl with onions.
- 5 garnish with cherry tomato halves if desired.
