Buffalo Wing Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 can solid tuna (drained)
  • 1 stalk celery (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 3 tablespoons hot pepper sauce (i use frank's)
  • 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine (i use smart balance)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled potato chips
  • 2 slices sliced sourdough bread

Recipe

  • 1 mix tuna, blue cheese dressing, celery, onion and 2 t hot sauce together.
  • 2 spread butter on each slice of bread.
  • 3 spread remaining tablespoon hot sauce on each slice of bread.
  • 4 spread half (or more) of the tuna mixture on one slice of bread (use the leftovers for another sandwich).
  • 5 pour crumbled chips on top of tuna.
  • 6 put the other slice of bread on top.
  • 7 note: adjust blue cheese dressing, hot sauce and chips to your taste--these are just estimates.
