Beer Fish Batter

Ingredients

• 1 cup buttermilk baking mix
• 1 cup beer
• salt & pepper
• garlic powder, to your taste (optional)

Recipe

• 1 combine ingredients till smooth.
• 2 dip fish in batter.
• 3 fry in hot oil till golden brown; drain on paper towels and serve while still hot.
