Bbq Chip-crusted Orange Roughy

Ingredients
- 4 (6 ounce) orange roughy fillets
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/2 cup crushed barbecue potato chips
- tartar sauce (optional)
Recipe
- 1 place orange roughy in a greased 13x9 inch baking pan.
- 2 combine lemon juice, and butter, and pour over fillets, and top with crushed potato chips.
- 3 bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- 4 serve with tartar sauce.
