Bbq Chip-crusted Orange Roughy

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 (6 ounce) orange roughy fillets
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup crushed barbecue potato chips
  • tartar sauce (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 place orange roughy in a greased 13x9 inch baking pan.
  • 2 combine lemon juice, and butter, and pour over fillets, and top with crushed potato chips.
  • 3 bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • 4 serve with tartar sauce.
