Barbecued Fish

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 35 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb fish fillet
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons minced onions
  • 1 dash hot sauce
  • lemon wedge (to garnish)

Recipe

  • 1 place fish in an baking pan, 13 x 9.
  • 2 mix ketchup, lemon juice, worcestershire, sugar, onion.
  • 3 pour sauce over fish; turn so both sides are coated.
  • 4 cover a refridgerate for 30 minutes.
  • 5 heat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 6 bake uncovered for 15 - 20 minutes.
