- 1 lb fish fillet
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons minced onions
- 1 dash hot sauce
- lemon wedge (to garnish)
Recipe
- 1 place fish in an baking pan, 13 x 9.
- 2 mix ketchup, lemon juice, worcestershire, sugar, onion.
- 3 pour sauce over fish; turn so both sides are coated.
- 4 cover a refridgerate for 30 minutes.
- 5 heat oven to 400 degrees.
- 6 bake uncovered for 15 - 20 minutes.
- 7 garnish with lemon.
