Ingredients

- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup colby cheese or 1 cup monterey jack cheese, grated
- 1 cup chopped yellow onion
- 1 cup green onion, sliced, tops included
- 1 (10 ounce) can rotel tomatoes, drained
- 1 (12 ounce) package crawfish, thawed and drained
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients and mix well.
- 2 put in greased 9x11 baking dish.
- 3 bake at 350°f for 40-45 minute.
- 4 serve hot or cold cut into small squares.
