Ingredients

- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can tuna, drained
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can sweet corn, drained
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 orange bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 tablespoons pickles, chopped
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
- fresh pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix the corn with tuna, peppers, parsley and the pickles.
- 2 add the lemon and the olive oil to the salad, add the seasonings and mix well.
- 3 let it cool in the fridge for 2 hours and serve!
