Corn Salad With Tuna

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can tuna, drained
  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can sweet corn, drained
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 orange bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons pickles, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • fresh pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix the corn with tuna, peppers, parsley and the pickles.
  • 2 add the lemon and the olive oil to the salad, add the seasonings and mix well.
  • 3 let it cool in the fridge for 2 hours and serve!
