Cajun Crab Crisp

Ingredients

• 12 english muffins
• 1/2 cup butter
• 5 ounces old english cheese
• 1 1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
• 2 teaspoons creole seasoning
• 1 teaspoon hot sauce
• 1 1/2 lbs crab meat

Recipe

• 1 melt butter and mix all ingredients together and spread on split and quartered english muffins.
• 2 bake at 350f in oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until toasted and golden brown.
