Creamed Tuna

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup onion (diced)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon wine
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup diced mushroom
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can tuna (drained)
Recipe
- 1 melt butter.
- 2 stir in onions, mushrooms and garlic.
- 3 sauté over medium heat until translucent.
- 4 mix in flour.
- 5 mix in wine, stir for a few seconds.
- 6 add milk, peas, mozzarella and tuna.
- 7 cook another 5 minutes or so until thickened.
- 8 add salt and pepper to taste.
- 9 serve over toast or pasta.
- 10 (i prefer to serve this with homemade gnocchi).
