Cream Of Tuna

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 tablespoons margarine
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 1 (15 ounce) can mixed vegetables
- 1 (12 ounce) can tuna
- 4 cups uncooked rice
Recipe
- 1 boil 4 cups of water, add rice, and set aside.
- 2 drain tuna and vegetables and set aside.
- 3 in medium sauce pan, melt margerine over medium heat.
- 4 once melted add flour, salt, and pepper. stir together until a paste is formed.
- 5 with a wire whisk, add milk. stir regularly until sauce is thickened.
- 6 when sauce is at desired consistency, add vegetables and tuna.
- 7 serve sauce over rice and enjoy.
