Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2-2 cups milk
- salt
- pepper
- toast or biscuit
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in skillet.
- 2 add tuna with any juices.
- 3 stir in flour.
- 4 remove from heat and gradually add milk, a little at a time, mixing till smooth.
- 5 return to heat and stir till it is bubbly and thickens, adding more milk as needed.
