- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
- 2 lbs cooked shelled crab, shredded
- 1 1/4 cups manchego cheese or 1 1/4 cups gouda cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup dry wine
- salt, to taste
- pepper (optional)
Recipe
- 1 in melted butter, sautee onion until transparent.
- 2 add rest of the ingredients and cook until cheeses melt.
- 3 season to taste.
