Baked Scallops

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs scallops
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted (1 stick)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup crushed ritz cracker (sometimes i like a few more)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon dry vermouth
  • lemon wedge, for garnish (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • 2 wash the scallops and pat dry. place in a lightly buttered 8-inch square baking dish.
  • 3 in a small bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients (the melted butter through the vermouth) and spoon over the top of the scallops. cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. serve hot with lemon wedges.
