Clam Dip With Bacon

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 10 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream
  • 10 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • 3/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 (6 1/2 ounce) cans chopped clams, drained
  • 2 slices center-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk.
  • 2 cover and chill at least 1 hour.
