Can't Get Any Easier Pan-seared Scallops

Total Time: 11 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 lb fresh sea scallop
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 rinse scallops in cool water, drain and set aside.
  • 2 heat oil in non-stick skillet. when smoking, add scallops and saute on high 3 minutes, turning after 1 minute.
  • 3 add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 4 sprinkle chives over scallops.
