Cottage Cheese Crab Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 cup small curd cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (8 ounce) package imitation crabmeat, chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • lettuce leaf
  • 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sour cream, mustard, garlic powder and pepper. stir in crab, peas, celery and onions.
  • 2 serve on lettuce-lined plates with tomato wedges.
