Ingredients

- 1/2 cup small curd cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) package imitation crabmeat, chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- lettuce leaf
- 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sour cream, mustard, garlic powder and pepper. stir in crab, peas, celery and onions.
- 2 serve on lettuce-lined plates with tomato wedges.
