- 12 ounces cod fish fillets
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 4 slices tomatoes
- 2 green pepper slices
- 6 red onion rings
- 2 tablespoons dry wine
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 pre heat oven to 425 f.
- 2 place fillets in a glass baking dish.
- 3 bush with melted butter
- 4 top with tomato, green pepper, and onion slices.
- 5 pour wine in over fish.
- 6 season with salt and pepper.
