Barbecued Salmon

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 large garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cups dry sherry
- 4 large salmon steaks
Recipe
- 1 place garlic, mustard and soy sauce in a food processor and process to make a paste.
- 2 add 1/2 cup sherry and blend well.
- 3 pour into a glass bowl (or pyrex or plastic zip style bag) adding the rest of the sherry.
- 4 add the salmon, turning so they are well coated with the marinade.
- 5 marinate 1 hour, turning occasionally.
- 6 remove fish from the marinade and grill approximately 2 minutes per side over a very hot flame, or until done.
