Barbecued Salmon

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cups dry sherry
  • 4 large salmon steaks

Recipe

  • 1 place garlic, mustard and soy sauce in a food processor and process to make a paste.
  • 2 add 1/2 cup sherry and blend well.
  • 3 pour into a glass bowl (or pyrex or plastic zip style bag) adding the rest of the sherry.
  • 4 add the salmon, turning so they are well coated with the marinade.
  • 5 marinate 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  • 6 remove fish from the marinade and grill approximately 2 minutes per side over a very hot flame, or until done.
