Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients with shrimp and marinate in refrigerator for several hours.
- 2 place in wire grill basket or on skewers and grill about 5 minutes on each side.
