Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 ounces italian sausage, chopped
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle clam juice
- 1 (10 ounce) can baby clams
- garlic-flavored croutons
Recipe
- 1 in a large sauce pan with oil, saute garlic, sausage and mushrooms.
- 2 stir in tomatoes, clam juice, and clams.
- 3 bring to a boil.
- 4 spoon into bowls; top with garlic croutons if desired.
