Ingredients

- 2 lbs scallops
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup onion, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (or to taste)
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
Recipe
- 1 place scallops in oil in large skillet until opaque and tender.
- 2 place in a deep glass bowl, layering them with the garlic and onion.
- 3 combine remaining ingredients and pour over scallops.
- 4 cover and chill for up to 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
