Citrus Salsa

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 navel oranges, peeled, sectioned, and chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped lemons
  • 2 tablespoons chopped limes
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon minced jalapeno pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl.
