Chili Bean Sauce Tilapia

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon chili bean paste
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 5 ounces unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 -6 ounces tilapia fillets
- 1/2 tablespoon flour
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine chili bean paste and vinegar in a saucepan and bring to a boil and cook until reduced by half.
- 2 remove from the heat and add butter stirring until well blended.
- 3 heat a frying pan over medium high heat and add the olive oil.
- 4 sprinkle both sides of the tilapia fillets with flour and salt and pepper to taste.
- 5 saute until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
- 6 place tilapia on plates and spoon the sauce over the fillets.
