Chile-lime Shrimp On Skewers

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chili oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 lbs cooked shrimp (about 50 shrimp)
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, combine the oils, juice and garlic.
  • 2 put shrimp in large ziplock style bag and pour the marinade over the shrimp and let sit for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
  • 3 season with salt and pepper.
  • 4 to serve, thread 2 shrimp on each skewer.
