Chile-lime Shrimp On Skewers

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chili oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 lbs cooked shrimp (about 50 shrimp)
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, combine the oils, juice and garlic.
- 2 put shrimp in large ziplock style bag and pour the marinade over the shrimp and let sit for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
- 3 season with salt and pepper.
- 4 to serve, thread 2 shrimp on each skewer.
