Cheddar Crab Dip

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 15
  • 1 cup crab, picked over to remove cartilage
  • 1 (10 ounce) package cracker barrel sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (8 ounce) package velveeta cheese, diced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup dry wine
  • tabasco sauce
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine cheeses in saucepan with butter and wine.
  • 2 stir over low heat until cheeses melt.
  • 3 stir in crab & continue cooking to heat through.
  • 4 add salt, pepper and tabasco to taste.
  • 5 pour into serving dish & serve with crackers or crudites.
