Canned Tuna & Pringle Patties

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 (5 ounce) cans tuna, in water, drained
  • 1/4 cup egg substitute
  • 1/2 cup potato chips, light pringles crushed
  • 2 tablespoons miracle whip, fat free
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • cooking spray

Recipe

  • 1 mix together the first six ingredients. shape into small patties, like crab cakes. it will be a wetter mixture than you expect.
  • 2 heat a skillet over medium high heat with cooking spray.
  • 3 brown tuna cakes on each side for 1-2 minutes, or until brown.
  • 4 serve with some mayonnaise (or like my hubby prefers miracle whip) and dill pickles.
