Canned Tuna & Pringle Patties

Ingredients

- 2 (5 ounce) cans tuna, in water, drained
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 1/2 cup potato chips, light pringles crushed
- 2 tablespoons miracle whip, fat free
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- cooking spray
Recipe
- 1 mix together the first six ingredients. shape into small patties, like crab cakes. it will be a wetter mixture than you expect.
- 2 heat a skillet over medium high heat with cooking spray.
- 3 brown tuna cakes on each side for 1-2 minutes, or until brown.
- 4 serve with some mayonnaise (or like my hubby prefers miracle whip) and dill pickles.
