Canned Mussels

Total Time: 12 hrs Preparation Time: 12 hrs

Ingredients

  • mussels
  • vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 clean mussels and soak over night in pure vinegar.
  • 2 make sure they are covered.
  • 3 drain in the morning but do not rinse.
  • 4 pack in sterilized jars, add cold water and seal.
  • 5 i use a 4 ounce jar.
