Canned Mussels

Ingredients
mussels
vinegar
Recipe
1 clean mussels and soak over night in pure vinegar.
2 make sure they are covered.
3 drain in the morning but do not rinse.
4 pack in sterilized jars, add cold water and seal.
5 i use a 4 ounce jar.
