- 1 lb salmon fillet
- salt
- pepper
- 1 cup spicy bloody mary mix
Recipe
- 1 place salmon fillets in a medium baking dish, and season with salt and pepper.
- 2 pour spicy bloody mary mix over the fillets.
- 3 cover, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
- 4 preheat the broiler.
- 5 broil approximately 7 minutes, until fish is easily flaked with a fork and surface is lightly browned.
