Barbecued Sea Bass

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 sea bass fillets, portions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 8 slices bacon, divided
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 rinse fillets in cold water, pat dry and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika then set aside.
  • 2 place 2 slices bacon on a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil, place a bass fillet lengthwise on each bacon slice
  • 3 sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice over each fillet, then fold foil edges over and wrap securely
  • 4 repeat procedure with remaining ingredients to make 3 additional packets.
  • 5 grill packets over hot coals for 10 minutes then turn packets, and grill for an additional 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
