Barbecued Lobster Tails

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 1 teaspoon salt substitute
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 (10 ounce) lobster tails, thawed
Recipe
- 1 split the tails lengthwise with a large knife.
- 2 thoroughly mix all the other ingredients.
- 3 brush meat side of tail with marinade.
- 4 place the tails meat side down over medium coals and grill for 5-6 minutes.
- 5 turn over lobster and cook for another 5-6 minutes, brushing often with the remaining marinade.
- 6 do not overcook- lobster is done when it is opaque and firm to the touch.
- 7 serve with drawn butter and hunks of fresh lemon.
- 8 drool.
