Barbecue Sesame Prawns (shrimp)

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 kg fresh large green shrimp, 2 lbs (shrimps)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 shell and wash the prawns leaving the tails intact.
- 2 combine all ingredients except prawns, mixing well, in a bowl.
- 3 add prawns, cover and marinate for 1-2 hours.
- 4 remove from marinade.
- 5 cook in the bbq with lid on for 8-15 minutes, or until cooked through (do not overcook), depending on size.
