Barbecue Salmon Fillet

Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet (skin removed)
- 1 tablespoon johnny's seafood seasoning (old bay will work to)
- 1/2 tablespoon liquid smoke (hickory)
- 2 tablespoons sweet vermouth
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 sheet aluminum foil (2ftx1ft)
Recipe
- 1 heat butter, in sauce pan until melted.
- 2 reduce heat to medium stir in sugar, vermouth, and liquid smoke.
- 3 stir in seafood seasoning.
- 4 preheat heat barbecue/oven to 300°f.
- 5 create a pan with aluminum foil, with approximately 1/2 inch tall walls.
- 6 place salmon filet in the center of the pan.
- 7 pour sauce over salmon filet.
- 8 flip the salmon filet over so sauce gets on both sides.
- 9 place salmon and pan in barbecue/oven.
- 10 (do not allow the salmon to marinade for a long period of time as the salmon will become far to sweet.).
